Traditional Therapeutic Methods

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Individualized Treatment Plans, Case Management Services, Individual Therapy, Group Therapy, Family Therapy, Couples Therapy, and Trauma informed care.

Non-Traditional Therapeutic Methods

Methods Mindfulness and Mediation Training, Breathwork Meditation, Trauma Informed Yoga, Music Therapy.

Adventure Therapy

We believe play is essential to recovery, so you’ll have the opportunity to engage in activities like hiking, surfing, kayaking, etc. to encourage levity and the enjoyment of life in the midst of a difficult season.

North County San Diego is known for having some of the strongest recovery support in the country. We offer easy access to 12-step recovery, SMART recovery, and Refuge recovery programs because we believe community is vital for supporting sustainable, long-lasting health.

We respect and value your gender. Our staff is well-trained in LGBTQ and will honor your identity. To promote safe spaces for all of our residents, West Coast Recovery Centers offer gender-specific residences, gender-specific programs, and co-ed treatment programs.
